Initial Production - Time is Money      Audio Production (Recording and editing) usually averages one hour of production time for every 5 (five) minutes.  Video Production (Recording and editing) averages one hour for every 1 (one) minute. Additional time requirements may be necessary for “on site” setup or  adding ‘special effects’ for examples. These would be included in the estimate.  3. Graphics Design.      Graphics design also falls into the “estimation” area as there are many steps required for creation design and approval. This process can either be very simple or complex. 4. Product Production      Mastering, formating, rendering, duplicating, and packaging are priced separately from production and prices are dictated by complexity and volume of finished products.      The pricing for product production will be quoted based on the steps and materials necessary to roll out the product. 1. Pre-Production Planning/Development    Depending upon customer needs, experience and knowledge of our services, we may require a pre-production planning/development phase. This time may be essential for script development, set determination, organization of material, clarification of scope etc etc. Again, depending upon the client and the outcome of the “no charge initial consultation” hours may or may not be required.
